Guide to relational therapy
A few things that may help you better your relationships
Many conflicts and relationship problems arise from the fact that we act to please or harm others, and we feel pleased or harmed by others' actions. Relational therapy is designed to change that.
Case of Jim
Jim is a 42-year-old accountant. He is married, and has no children. He came to therapy because of his panic attacks and relational problems with his wife and his boss.
Groups
The relational method can be used in groups, particularly in organizations, classrooms and families to change crossed relations and thus increase performance and satisfaction.
